Subsequent to the approval of Members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September, 2011, and with the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide SRN No. B22304380 dated 07.10.2011, the name of the Company has been changed from Ganesh Polytex Ltd. to Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd. w.e.f. 7th October, 2011. There has been no change in management and business operations of the Company, we will be providing the same products and fine services on which we have built our reputation in the industry. The new name provides management the scope to better reflect the main and dominant activities of the Company i.e. recycling PET Bottle waste in to RPSF, an eco-friendly activity which has now become major business activity of the Company.
